(4) In order to facilitate the adjustment of the tightness of the Preformed Line Stay Wire, turnbuckle bolts can be added.
(5) The height of the Preformed Line Stay Wire insulator from the ground shall not be less than 2.5 meters, so as not to touch the upper handle.
